ADVANCED MEDIA ENGINEERING

Glass fibre is an excellent material strong structural properties. It has hi stress strain limit and has no plastic deformity.

For filtration, e-glass grade us used. Using various mechanical processes, fibre glass durability and flex strength can be designed, having an impact of the lifecycle and cost.

Available fabrics 350, 450 gsm for RABH bags 750 gsm for PJBH bags.

Multiple models available.

One of the strong points of fibre glass is that through coating formulation, it can be adapted to suite a variety of applications. Coating provides the silica chain a layer of protection against process gas released.
In the changing industrial landscape and constantly evolving new fuels and its gases composition gets more and more challenging and evolved.

  • Acid- Alkali resistant finish (5 grades available)
  • PTFE finish (2 grades available)
  • Tri component finish

Additional properties

  • Pleatable
  • Spark resistant

e-PTFE is a excellent micro porous filtration material used in many applications including de dusting. Due to its micro porosi ty, in combination with system design, it can block 99.9% of par ticle distribution set and can lead to low and ultra low emissions.

e-PTFE characteristics include

  • Even particle distribution
  • Ultra low surface energy
  • Robust welding to the main substrate.

Supertech fabrics provides e_PTFE membranes of various properties based on application from 0.3 micron to 4 microns in ePTFE, PVDF, FEP, HPA and PES

Emerging trends in fibre glass filtration
applications to make is future ready

Glass fibre filtration media posses many advantages for End users
and OEM due to its high temperature resistance. Apart from adapting
to changing flue gas, it can give leverage to system designer to
conserve energy losses and create efficient equipment designs with
post heat recovery.

Through coating processed, media can adapt toward various raw
material compositions and fuel compositions used by the industry.

BUILT FOR RELIABILITY

Every fiberglass woven filter fabric is designed for:

  • Dimensional stability under bag loads up to 12 m in length.
  • Long service life under high-temperature, high-dust conditions.
  • Custom fabrication into filter bags, cartridges, or roll goods for OEM compatibility.
