AIRSLIP™ fluidizing fabrics are used for the transportation of powder or granulated bulk materials all over the world. There are virtually no limits to their applications. Our fabrics ensure fast, trouble-free air slide transportation, total discharge for silos, trucks, railway wagons and vessels, as well as optimal coating in fluidising basins.
• Cement (Raw cement).
• Lime and gypsum.
• Alumina.
• Coal.
• Red power plants (Fly ash).
• Waste burning plants.
• Chemical.
• Fertilizer (Phosphates).
• Powder coating.
• Barytes.
• Calcined manganese.
• Clay.
• Ground ores.

• Pneumatic loading and discharging systems.
• Storage and homogenisation silos.
• Fluidizing basins.
• Discharge systems for all kinds of transport (trucks – railway wagons – vessels – containers).
Driving low-pressure, low-velocity air
through and between particles of a dry
bulk material, changing its behavior
characteristics and making it flow more
like a liquid than a solid.
All dry bulk material has a natural angle
of repose, often in excess of 45°.
Without any fluidisation, the
conveyor would need to be
inclined at an angle greater
than the angle of repose to
establish gravity flow.
With fluidization, gravity
flow can be achieved
at a greatly reduced
slope - of 8° or less.

Airslip™ Fabric Coating Chemistries are engineered to enhance fluidisation performance, durability, and operational reliability in demanding powder conveying and storage applications.Using surface modification through ionisation process and then impregnating a light coat, Airslip fabric retains the chemistries for a long period, delivering consistent results.
Compared to the AIRSLIP™ fabric which shows a consistent air permeability pressure drop over the entire lifetime of the fabric, the competitive spun yarn fabric has up to 50% less fabric lifetime* due to decreasing air permeability resistance.
*Lifetime depends on application, bulk material, etc.
